Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of bottleco.bg and the purchase of products through it.

Ordering: prices are shown in euro and Bulgarian lev, VAT included. An order becomes binding once confirmed by us.

Payment and delivery: available payment methods and delivery times are described on the Delivery page. Delivery is carried out by a courier company.

Right of withdrawal: you may return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. See the returns page for the procedure.

Warranty: statutory warranty applies to all products.

The binding version of these terms is the Bulgarian one, published at bottleco.bg. In case of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian text prevails.
